By accessing or using RelVest, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use RelVest.
2. About RelVest
RelVest is a news and market intelligence platform designed to collect, organize, analyze, and present information from multiple sources. Sources may include official websites, regulatory authorities, financial information providers, news organizations, company announcements, social media platforms, and authorized APIs.
RelVest may use automated systems, algorithms, and artificial intelligence to classify, organize, summarize, and analyze information.
3. Information and Market Data
RelVest may provide news, public announcements, company and securities information, market events, historical information, and analytical relationships among information, companies, securities, industries, people, and events. Third-party information may contain errors, omissions, delays, or later revisions. RelVest does not guarantee that information is complete, accurate, current, or error-free.
4. Not Investment Advice
RelVest does not guarantee the future performance of any security, company, industry, asset, or market. Users are responsible for independently evaluating information and making their own decisions.
5. Automated Analysis and Artificial Intelligence
RelVest may use automated systems and artificial intelligence for news classification, entity identification, event detection, source identification, duplicate detection, relationship analysis, historical analysis, summarization, and relevance analysis. Automated results may be incomplete or incorrect and should not be treated as independently verified facts unless specifically identified as verified.
6. Third-Party Information and Services
Third-party services operate according to their own terms, policies, availability, and technical restrictions. RelVest does not control their operation and does not guarantee continued access to third-party services or APIs.
7. Meta Platforms and Social Media Services
RelVest may integrate with Meta Platforms and other supported social media services through authorized APIs and functionality provided by those platforms. RelVest will access only information permitted by the applicable platform, permissions granted to the application, and applicable user authorization.
8. User Accounts and Authorization
Some features may require authentication or authorization through RelVest or supported third-party platforms. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and credentials. Users should not provide passwords, access tokens, API secrets, or other sensitive credentials through channels not designed to receive them.
9. Acceptable Use
Users must not use RelVest to violate applicable laws, gain unauthorized access, circumvent security or access controls, interfere with the service, or misuse third-party APIs and services.
10. Intellectual Property
The RelVest name, software, interface, original analytical systems, and original content may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party news, trademarks, images, publications, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.
11. Availability
RelVest may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, development, or third-party service reasons. Continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RelVest is provided on an “as available” basis. RelVest does not guarantee that information, automated analysis, alerts, classifications, or other outputs will always be accurate, complete, timely, or available. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where prohibited by applicable law.
