User Data Deletion Instructions
RelVest respects users' rights regarding their personal information. If you have authorized RelVest through Facebook, Meta, or another supported service and would like to request deletion of applicable personal information associated with your use of RelVest, you may submit a deletion request.
How to Request Data Deletion
Send an email to contact@relvestdata.com with the subject RelVest Data Deletion Request .
Please provide sufficient information for us to identify the relevant RelVest account or authorization. Do not send passwords, access tokens, API secrets, or other sensitive authentication credentials.
What Happens After a Request
- We may verify the request when necessary.
- We identify applicable personal information associated with the requesting user.
- We delete applicable personal information from RelVest systems.
- We remove or revoke associated authorization information where applicable.
Certain information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes. Public information, market information, news articles, and information that is not personal information belonging to the requesting user may not be removed solely because of a personal-data deletion request.
Facebook and Meta Data
If you have authorized RelVest using Facebook or another Meta service, you may also remove RelVest's access through your Facebook or Meta account settings. When authorization is revoked, RelVest will no longer use that authorization to request new information from Meta. Previously obtained data will be handled in accordance with applicable Meta Platform requirements and the RelVest Privacy Policy .
